• Bachelors Degree or higher
• A valid teaching certificate in the state of Illinois
• Additional training/experience in areas relevant to what will be taught
• Excellent references for ability and character
• Ability to communicate well with students, parents, and community
• Ability to work as a team player with all other staff members
• A strong desire to promote excellence in all students and throughout the school
